Refunds

What qualifies

Refunds for returns are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved returns, damaged or defective items, wrong items, and orders cancelled before shipping are refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are refunded when the error was ours.

Processing time

Add your refund processing time in Owner admin

Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Currency

Refunds are issued in USD (US Dollars), the currency you were charged in.
